Swedish Massage-Designed for relaxation, using light pressure directed towards different areas of the body depending on the client's preference.
Deep Tissue Massage-This modality provides relief to particular affected areas. Muscles spasms are targeted using moderated to deep pressure.
Hot Stone Massage-Heated smooth flat stones are placed on key points of the body to relieve tension without applying deep pressure.
Reflexology Massage-Reflex areas are manipulated using hands and feet. These reflex areas correspond to specific body parts and organs. The end result is relaxation and improved body function.
